“Welcome to the Peaches show” is how she got it started! I have never heard any of there songs, but wow what a great show. She walked a long the barricade for a while she jumped up on amps she’s wild. The drummer kicks ass she is so great I love just watching her. Peaches then jumped down onto the floor and ran through the pit and then ran up to the lawn, it was funny to watch security chasing her. All in all they where great.
Bauhaus….WOW. What can I say but wow. Peter Murphy is just amazing to watch, and his voice is spectacular. They put on one hell of a show, there sound was right on and they where just amazing, what can I say.
NIN hit the stage at around 9:30, full of energy.

I spent the night on the ‘north side’ riding the rail. Aaron is something to watch. I don’t know where he finds all that energy. He had it out with the mic stand on several occasions; every time the techs put it back up he would look irritated. From what I seen of Jeordie he started off calm and then got super wound up, he was head banging, doing a little dance it was great. Trent was crazy as usual, and full of energy. He said ‘A Canadian crowd never disappoints’ which sent everyone into a frenzy. Josh and Ally are great to watch too; I can say with out a doubt the Josh rocks he so belongs with NIN. Trent’s speech went like this. “It feels like we have been touring for this album for 20 years. So where going to take a break for awhile and get the new album out and then we will be back.” Rob was running around with a camcorder and camera in hand. Every time people would see him they would start shout ‘woooohoooo’ I think he was embarrassed a few times. The lighting was incredible, the best by far. Trent made another little speech. ‘We haven’t seen, it’s nights like this umm…what I was trying to say was it’s nights like this and a crowd like this that makes this a pleasure” This was a truly a great show.
It was something else to see Aaron torpedo him self into the pit. Trent went to throw a mic into the crowd and ended up tripping on something, very funny.
Aaron did destroy his guitar at the end of Head Like A Hole, and fragments shot into the crowd, I don’t recall anyone getting the guitar because Aaron put it between the gates, but it was more than likely given after the show. I did manage to snag one of Aaron’s picks early on, after the mic stand came smashing down in front of us.
