Wow... let me just say, wow. I haven't even begun to think of a word to describe how incredible tonights concert at the Delta Plex in Grand Rapids was... if I tried thinking of a word I'm afraid I would need to invent my own new vocabulary. The opening act pretty much sucked... well it sucked enough that I dont remember their names... but as soon as APC came on the energy in that room could have lit up Las Vegas.

I've been in love with APC since 7th grade (10th now) and tonight,s show made me realize just why I'm in love with them, they're awesome. Billy was so great up there, he thrived with emotion the entire time, I couldn't believe how someone could use that much energy and still use their vocal chords. But Jeordie... well for those of you who know me, I'm in love with him so much, and I couldn't keep my eyes off of him. He did amazing. Josh, awesome on the drums as always. I was especially excited when he threw his water into the crowd... but it went in the opposite direction of me. Maynard was of course, wicked great, but I wouldn't expect anything less than that from him. James did so good, I was sad because he was on the top of a platform and there was a huge light behind him so from where I was standing I could barely see him the light was so bright.

The beginning of the show was killer. It had Billy behind this boxed lighting design twirling, so all you could see was his shadow, and it stayed like that until the middle of the second song. It looked awesome. The lights were cool, always flashing in random colors and directions.

I was frozen in place when they played Magdalena. That's my favorite APC song and Billy just got so into it. Judith was awesome too. He started that off with "Hey guys, look out for each other. Its us against him." And I knew it would be Judith, sure enough, it was and they played it great.

I suppose I should stop with my review now, but if you get the chance to see them on tour, DO IT. It's totally worth the money, long lines, and extreme traffic jams. I have never had a better time in my entire life, I hope I get to see them again real soon.
