Good news for those of you who have been looking for Amboog-A-Lard merchandise. Original bassist Barry Alpert (currently fronting Faith In Chaos) has now made available online several items, including the following: a CD containing 8 pro-demo tracks recorded in 1990 and 1991 featuring Jeordie on guitar and a Video CD which features 2 hours of live performance clips and backstage footage (note: Windows Media Player is required to view). Click here to check it out. Thanks to Penicillin Penny for forwarding the info.

Continuing to forge ahead and flirt with different styles of music, Jeordie took some time over the summer to make an appearance on Blood Music, the new album by Vancouver, BC based rap/hip hop group Dead Celebrity Status. Produced by Danny Saber, the album also boasts appearances by Dave Navarro and Steve Perkins of Jane's Addiction, Joss Stone, Biff Naked and Limp Bizkit's DJ Lethal. For more information on the group and to listen to some of the tracks from the album, check out their official website at www.deadcelebritystatus.com. You can purchase the album online here. Thanks to Jessie for the tip.
