OCTOBER 2005

10.25.05

[6:35 p.m.] New reviews of the Orlando, Tampa and Cleveland shows can be found on the Reviews page and a photo from the Orlando show has been added to the Live gallery. Thanks to Chimera for the Tampa review.

10.24.05

[6:15 p.m.] Unfortunately, nin.com has now announced that at this time they are unable to reschedule the Fort Lauderdale show which was scheduled to take place tonight and as such, the show has been cancelled. Ticket refunds are available at point of purchase. Tomorrow night's show in Orlando is confirmed to go on as scheduled and there are still tickets available through all Ticketmaster outlets and online at ticketmaster.com.

10.23.05

[10:47 a.m.; updated 12:07 p.m.] Due to Hurricane Wilma, NIN's Ft. Lauderdale show, scheduled for tomorrow night, has been postponed. There is no word yet as to the new date. As of now, the 10/25 show in Orlando is still officially a go, though depending upon amount of damage, power outages, etc., this could change. As I get more information, I will post it here.

Both the Live and Candid photo pages have been updated. Thanks to Victoria Wesson and Patrick McAuley, respectively.

10.16.05

[3:28 p.m.] Nine Inch Nails have announced on their current page that they will now play the October 30th Voodoo Festival date in Memphis, in addition to playing on the 29th in New Orleans. Tickets are available for the Memphis date through Ticketmaster.

A couple of new photos can be found in the Live gallery. I've also added some information to the Gear page. Thanks to Barry for helping me piece this together.

10.14.05

[6:25 a.m.] Finally, some non-NIN news to pass along. Back in December I reported that Jeordie was collaborating with Unkle on an unnamed project, though details were non-existant. Now it appears at least some of the blanks have been filled in (thanks, Craig!) with the news that Jeordie plays bass on a brand new Unkle track called "Leap Of Faith" and also on Unkle's re-recorded mix of Oasis' "Cast No Shadow". Both of these tracks appear exclusively on the soundtrack to the movie GOAL!, which is playing now across Europe and the UK and is scheduled to open in North America in February 2006. The album is available now on Big Brother Records and a few sample tracks can be heard by going here. Detailed credits for the tracks on which Jeordie plays are now up on the Credits page of this site. For more info on the film, check out goalthemovie.com.

Getting back to NIN for a moment now, I just wanted to let everyone know that tickets to NIN's December 2nd show at Club Ciudad in Buenos Aires are available on line at this location. Thanks to Gabe for the link.

10.13.05

[5:54 p.m.] NIN's official website has now added the December 2nd Buenos Aires date at Club Ciudad to their performance page, and have also confirmed a November 30th date in Santiago, Chile (venue TBD). Ticket info is not yet available, however a link to purchase tickets to the Claro Festival being held in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janiero has been added. Tickets are on sale now.

A review of the Cleveland show has been added to the Reviews page.

10.12.05

[5:37 a.m.] For those who are planning to attend the Voodoo Music Festival, there are some major changes you need to be aware of. The date that NIN will be playing, October 29th, has been moved from Memphis back to New Orleans as a tribute to those involved in the cleanup and recovery of the city. If I am reading this correctly, the date on the 29th is an invitation only event, unless you already have tickets for the event. Further tickets will not be available to the public for the New Orleans date. To decipher the information yourself, go to Voodoo's official website and click on "Tickets".

10.9.05

[10:38 a.m.] Mike Durband had the opportunity to meet Jeordie during NIN's stop in Chicago. He has the photo to prove it and you can check it out in the Candid gallery. Thanks, Mike, for sending it in.

10.8.05

[7:51 a.m.] Yesterday was a virtual photo frenzy over at nin.com, with not one, but two new photos being added within minutes of each other. In order that they may forever be preserved for posterity, both have been added to the Candid gallery.

10.5.05

[6:04 p.m.] Another new photo from nin.com has been added to the Candid gallery while the Live gallery has been updated with 9 new shots from last week's show in Sacramento. Thanks to Brad Doyle for allowing use of the live photos -- very nice work! I've also updated the Reviews page with a review of last night's show in Salt Lake City.

Meanwhile, Gabriel Toxic wrote in to let me know that Nine Inch Nails will be performing at some sort of festival taking place in Buenos Aires on December 2nd at a venue called Club Cuidad. While the organizers of said festival confirmed to him that NIN would be on the bill, there is no official word from the NIN camp as yet. Thanks for the heads up, Gabe!

10.3.05

[9:20 a.m.] The Reviews page has been updated with my review of Saturday's Los Angeles performance and the Candid page has been updated with the latest photo from nin.com and a photo of Jeordie with members of Metallica sent in by cudabird72.
