Good news to report on the DVD front. Despite the fact that the DVD compilation contained within aMOTION will not feature a full-on live performance as originally believed, the footage filmed on A Perfect Circle's recent tour is now expected to eventually see the light of day. aperfectcircle.net reports that the band does intend to put together a performance DVD which will contain not only footage from the Thirteenth Step tour, but from the tour in support of Mer De Noms as well. Don't expect this anytime soon, however, as all focus during the foreseable future will be on eMOTIVe and aMOTION.

Those of you who can make it to Geneva on November 6th will be pleased to know that Masters of Reality are now confirmed to play the Vernier sur Rock festival on that date. Go here for further information.

A Perfect Circle's cover of "Imagine", from their upcoming album eMOTIVe, has now made its way onto the playlists of several U.S. radio stations and can also be heard by going to aperfectcircle.com. It is the first item on the "News" page.

Virgin Records has issued a press release today, giving more details as to both eMOTIVe and aMOTION. eMOTIVe was produced and engineered by Billy Howerdel and executive produced by Maynard James Keenan and includes string arrangements by former bassist Paz Lenchantin, as well as contributions by Danny Lohner and Telefon Tel Aviv's Josh Eustis. As previously announced, this LP will drop on November 2nd. The release of the remix CD/DVD combo, aMOTION will follow on November 16th and will contain remixes from both Mer de Noms and Thirteenth Step by Danny Lohner, James Iha and Massive Attack, videos including "Judith", "Thinking Of You", and "Blue" (as directed by contest winner Joseph Perez, plus versions by three runners-up), "Bikini Bandits" trailers, a "stunning live take" on "The Noose", and a photo and video gallery by Billy Howerdel.
