A Perfect Circle has landed a spot among Pollstar's 15 top concerts of 2003, coming in right at #15. In other APC news, the "Weak and Powerless" video is now in rotation and can be seen on Canada's Much Music. No word yet on when MTV will be airing it. A good summary of the visuals can be found over at aperfectcircle.net's BBS by clicking here

For anyone who's been wondering as to the status of Jeordie's project with Chris Goss, better known as the "Snowballs" project, the Masters of Reality official site has finally updated the news and, among other things, reports that the pair continue their collaborative effort, even with Jeordie on the road with A Perfect Circle. Nothing definitive, however, as to when this might actually see a release. You can check the MOR news page for the rest of the updates on what Chris has been up to over the last several months.
In Lollapalooza news, after wrapping up another well received performance by A Perfect Circle last night in Seattle, Jeordie later returned to the stage to join Jane's Addiction on rhythm guitar during "Mountain Song". Josh Freese also made a guest appearance, playing drums during "Jane Says".
Finally, the Live photos page has been updated with another photo from the club tour having been added. [Thanks once again to Resist Thy Fate]

Desert Sessions Vol. 9/10 is now available for pre-order at this location, with the release date of September 23rd still seeming to hold.
A few site updates to note: a new live photo of Jeordie from last night's Lollapalooza in Salt Lake City (where, from the looks of things, it must have been "casual dress day" for APC) has been added and can be viewed here and new reviews of the Chicago Metro show and the Irvine Lollapalooza show have been added to the Reviews page.
August 20, 2003
An interview with Jeordie from the new Kerrang! has been added to the Interviews page. Also, a new promotional photo of the band can be found in the Promo gallery [Thanks to lindalou and metalchick, respectively].

Two songs off the upcoming Desert Sessions Vol. 9/10 are available for download in mp3 format at this location (right click and use the "save target as" function). Also featured here are tracks from the new Eagles of Death Metal, Mark Lanegan and Troy Van Leeuwen's Enemy. These tracks are reportedly off of a sampler CD that has been available at recent Lollapalooza dates, so those of you attending any of the upcoming Lolla dates be on the lookout for it. Desert Sessions Vol. 9/10 is currently scheduled for a late September release.
I've uncovered some ticket info for APC's upcoming Toronto date -- tickets go on sale August 14th through Ticketmaster. However, only the September 10 date was mentioned, so it is unclear now whether there actually will be a show on the 11th as well. If I get any further info on this, I will let everyone know.
August 11, 2003
More dates for the Canadian trek have been announced. APC will play the Grand Theatre in Quebec City on September 8 and on September 10 and 11 they will play the Opera House in Toronto. I don't have ticket info for these gigs, so please check local listings for that information.
Reviews of the Philadelphia and Chicago shows are now available on the Reviews page.

Three photos have been added to the Candid gallery, one which was taken the other night outside of Irving Plaza in New York City and two rare photos from Jeordie's past with Amboog-A-Lard. For those of you who are new fans, Amboog-A-Lard was Jeordie's band pre-Marilyn Manson. Thanks to Frances (a/k/a "TwiggyFetish") and Patrick McAuley, respectively, for their contributions.

Having a night off between Ozzfest dates, Marilyn Manson, girlfriend Dita Von Teese and bandmates Tim Skold, John5, Ginger Fish and Pogo all came out for A Perfect Circle's show last night in Philadelpia. Realizing that his former co-workers were in the audience, Jeordie addressed the issue by telling the crowd that it felt "kind of like having sex with your new girlfriend with your old one watching."
Jeordie recently lent a hand to SoCal-based March by producing a four song EP for the group. A limited edition of the EP will be available at an August 13th show at the House of Blues in Anaheim, CA. Free tickets to this show are available to the first 100 people to email mastin@marchtheband.com.
August 6, 2003
Two more Canadian dates have been added to A Perfect Circle's tour schedule. The band will appear at Centennial Hall in London, Ontario on Thursday, September 4th and at the Ottawa Congress Centre in Ottawa, Ontario on Friday, September 5th. Tickets go on sale August 7th and 9th, respectively, through Ticketmaster. Also, please note that the August 29th Edmonton show will now take place at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium rather than Red's as originally indicated by Ticketmaster last week. Tickets for this one go on sale August 8th.

A Perfect Circle play show #6 of their sold out promo tour tonight at the Berkley Academy of Music.
