Be sure to keep an eye on the new NIN official website for daily (and sometimes more frequent) pictorial updates from the band's current tour. At time of this posting, there is a photo of Jeordie with a few fans in Moscow's Red Square. These photos are not being archived at nin.com, although I will set up something here where any photos of Jeordie can be viewed should you happen to miss one -- provided, of course, I don't miss one myself. Your best bet is to just keep checking nin.com as frequently as you can.

Just a reminder that UNKLE's War Stories hits record stores in the U.S. next Tuesday, July 24th. Recorded in Joshua Tree and London, the album features Jeordie on bass and synth on the single "Burn My Shadow" along with appearances throughout the album by Chris Goss (who co-produced with James Lavelle), Josh Homme, Dave Catching, Ian Astbury, The Duke Spirit and Autolux. You can check out a couple of reviews of the record here and here. UNKLE is currently on tour in Europe and appear to be playing some of the same festivals as NIN. Be sure to check them out if you are attending any of these. They are expected to tour the U.S. sometime in the Fall.
Speaking of touring, NIN have scheduled a September 18th stop in Honolulu, Hawaii at the Blaisdell Arena. Tickets go on sale August 4th.

Jeordie was a recent guest on the Camp Freddy radio program which is broadcast via Indie 103.1 on Saturday nights. You can listen to the full interview here, where it sounds like a Goon Moon tour is in the initial planning stages.
The non-working video clips that were a part of the ultimate-guitar.com interview I posted the other day have turned up in fine working order and can be viewed over at Artisan News Service's youtube page.
Finally, looks like there's a few new pictures for you to check out over at Goon Moon's myspace. Also, for those who are not familiar with Goon Moon's 2005 EP, "I Got A Brand New Egg Layin' Machine", you can now listen to one of the tracks from that record, "Apartment 31", on their myspace page as well.

You can check out another little write up on UNKLE's forthcoming release at soundgenerator.com. Also, the Biography page has been revamped and updated a bit and also includes a link to a more detailed biography on Goon Moon. Head on over and have a look.

New date added to the nin.com performance page: 9.9.07 Beijing, China [Beijing Pop Festival]. No ticket info available at this time.
I know there are a few of you who are still having a problem being able to purchase the songs on the Goon Moon page. I was able to dig up contact info for SNOCAP (the entity through which the songs are being sold) and did send them an email a few days ago regarding the problems. I still have nor received a response and, since I was only able to describe the issue in very general terms, perhaps it would be more helpful if you contacted them yourselves with details specific to your particular situation. Contact them at support@snocap.com. Be as specific as you can (i.e. operating system, browser you are using, etc.) and hopefully they will be able to point you in the right direction.

ultimate-guitar.com has just added another blurb with Jeordie in which he talks about his longtime friendship with Trent Reznor. Though it doesn't really say anything all that new and the video doesn't seem to work, you can check it out here if you're interested. And since Jeordie helped out with it, I also wanted to pass on this review of UNKLE's single "Burn My Shadow" from their upcoming release "War Stories", available now in the UK, Europe and Australia and set for a 7.24.07 U.S. release.

The newest tunes available for purchase over at Goon Moon's myspace are "Delete" and a demo version of "My Machine". Both can be had for the price of $.99 each.
Just a reminder that the new UNKLE album, "War Stories" is available today throughout the UK, Europe and Australia. It is available in five different formats: standard CD, limited edition CD, indie retail edition CD, 12" vinyl and digitally, with each release having a slightly different track list. As most of you probably know by now, "War Stories" was produced by Chris Goss and Jeordie plays on the track "Burn My Shadow", which also features The Cult's Ian Astbury on vocals. The record will be released in the U.S. on 7.24.07.

Another brand new, previously unheard track is available for purchase at Goon Moon's myspace page. This one's an instrumental called "Colour". Head on over to the page for a 30 second clip of the song. By the way, if you are having trouble viewing the box where the tracks can be purchased, chances are you are getting an old version of the page. Clear your cookies/temporary internet files and try viewing the page again. A hard refresh (Ctrl F5) may also do the trick. AOL (at least the dial up version) also seems a bit problematic as far as viewing the box. Try using a different browser and/or switch to a computer that has a high speed connection. If you still encounter problems, feel free to email me with the details. FYI, this is the box as displayed correctly on the Goon Moon myspace page.
