Here are more details regarding A Perfect Circle's live DVD, the third single from "Thirteenth Step", and the "special bonus". The song chosen to be the new single is "Blue", which will be delivered to radio stations nationwide on July 27th. Additionally, the band is giving the fans a chance to direct the video to accompany "Blue". The winner, who will be selected by the band based on artistic merit, will be awarded $1000 and the possibility of being included in the upcoming DVD. 10 runners up will receive a prize package including a picture vinyl LP of Mer De Noms, a copy each of APC's Virgin CD and DVD titles and a personalized autographed poster. Go here for the complete contest rules. As to the DVD itself, it is tentatively scheduled for a November 11th release. Thenks to aperfectcircle.net for the foregoing info.

Also, for those who want to check out the Metallica documentary "Some Kind of Monster", which includes footage of Jeordie’s audition for the band, you can go to www.somekindofmonster.com to see when the film will be coming to your area. This film will not see a simultaneous nationwide release in the larger theatres, but instead will be released a few cities at a time in the smaller, independent venues. The aforementioned site is the best way to keep track of when and where the film will be showing.

The Live gallery has been updated with another photo from Lollapalooza 2003 and one I unearthed from Jeordie's guest appearance with Mondo Generator at the Troubadour back in 2002.

Don't have any news to share just yet on Jeordie's non-APC endeavors, however, aperfectcircle.net is now confirming the release of a DVD from A Perfect Circle's 2003/2004 tour. Reportedly, the DVD will contain a bonus of some sort relating to a third single/video from Thirteenth Step. More details to follow.

Photos have been added to both the Live and Candid galleries, consisting of 5 shots from the April 28th Wilkes-Barre, PA show, a photo of Jeordie with a fan (thanks Mari!) after the Colorado Springs show, and three photos taken during a contest sponsored by Las Vegas radio station X107.5 (these aren't the best quality, but I know you guys like to see 'em anyway).

A Perfect Circle concluded their world tour last night with a stellar performance at the Red Rocks Ampitheatre in Denver, CO. A big thank you goes out to Jeordie and his bandmates for their beautiful music and for putting themselves out there over the last year to give the fans a round of awesome and amazing shows! Now go home and get some well deserved rest!

The Press page has been updated with an interview from Friday's edition of The Colorado Springs Gazzette. Thanks to mars for the transcription. Oh, and though there is no official confirmation yet, reliable word is that there will be a DVD coming from this tour, possibly being released around election day (November 9th).
