[12:16] Update: "We're From America" available now.

[08:46] Metal Hammer magazine has had a chance to preview two tracks from The High End of Low, "The Wow" and "Arma-God-Damn-Mother-Fuckin-Geddon", and you can read their very positive review of both here. Meanwhile, keep an eye on Manson's official website, where the track "We're From America" is expected to be made available for free download sometime today.

[15:37] The Euro dates keep trickling in. The latest to be added is a June 3rd performance at the Velodrom in Brno, Czech Republic. Buy tickets here. Marilyn Manson's myspace page has also added a show to take place at the Coliseum in Porto, Portugal on June 17th. No ticket info on this one as yet.

[05:33] Some great news to kick off the work week: You'll be able to get your first taste of "The High End of Low" (now scheduled for a May 26th release?) this Friday, March 27th, when the track "We're From America" will be made available for free download at Marilyn Manson's official website. It will be available as a digital single on April 7th. It is also reported that "Arma-goddamn-motherfucking-geddon" hits the radio airwaves on April 13th. Read the full article at this location.

[10:23] With "The High End of Low" just two months away, this week’s issue of Kerrang magazine features one of the first full length interviews with Marilyn Manson to hit the press, and you can check out a scan and full transcript at this location. I’m not sure at this point to what extent Jeordie will be doing any press, but in the meantime, in order to keep everyone as informed as possible regarding the new record, I’ll be linking to whatever interviews/articles I find that give insight into the making of the album, Jeordie’s role, etc. Also, two new European tour dates have surfaced. The first one is on June 11th at Junge Garde in Dresden, Germany and tickets are available here. The second date is on June 22 at Theatre Antique in Vienne, France (can't make out whether or not tickets are currently on sale for this one).

[08:52] While we eagerly await the arrival of "The High End of Low", don't forget about the other things that Jeordie's had a hand in over the last few months. His and Dave Sardy's awesomely amazing Gibb remix of Oasis' "Falling Down" is now available for purchase here, and then there's the new Adam Freeland record (due out in May) as well. You can check out a review of that here (thanks to ezekhiel for the link).

Also, pictures of Jeordie and Wes Borland at the ETP Festival afterparty, published in a Korean online music blog, can be viewed at this location.

[19:24] Just an update for anyone wondering about the title of the purported single as reported today in Metal Hammer. To date, no *official* compromises or changes have been made to the track's title and as far as I know it remains "Armagoddamnmotherfuckinggeddon" "Arma-Goddamn-Motherfucking-Geddon" as revealed by Manson in his interview with "Revolver" magazine late last year.

[10:14] Metal Hammer music magazine reports today that “The High End Of Low” will be released in the UK on May 18th, with the single ["Armageddon"] being released a week prior on May 11th. For those of us in the U.S., this most likely means release dates of May 19th and 12th, respectively. Also, Sean Beavan talks a little about working on the record and reveals two new track titles here. The wait is almost over...

[18:35] Been dreaming about hanging out with Josh Freese and Jeordie (or Twiggy -- your choice!) while chowing down on fried chicken and waffles? Always wanted to visit Long Beach, CA? Well, if you have $10,000 to spare, or you can sell enough drugs legally come up with that amount in the next couple of weeks, this is apparently for real. Oh yeah, and you get Josh's new CD and a bunch of other stuff as well.
